I love your new kitchen posts! I have a lot of basil growing right now, so I'm going to make this same pizza with basil instead of the spinach. Your pizza looks really delicious. Thanks for sharing. I love your blog. The old blog was great and I have confidence the new ideas will be fun to read also because you are a great writer with interesting insidpghts and ideas to share,

As you know, I'm not much of a cook so the only thing I'd probably do as a short-cut would be to use jar sauce like Barilla Tomate Basilic and then toss on some Picard frozen chopped garlic and onions right on the pizza, along with whatever herbs or spices I wanted. I like your spinach idea a lot. Never worked with that pizza crust you mentioned but will have to try that; I've got a kid here would love homemade pizza - not to mention his papa! Thanks for a great idea!

My favorite pizza is to put a nice layer of ricotta cheese on the crust, then tomato sauce, next I cover it completely with a layer of fresh baby spinach leaves then shredded mozzarella. A twist on this is to sprinkle some crumbled feta cheese before the spinach leaves then mozzarella after the spinach. I love them both.

We might be moving to France next year and I am already thinking about how different it will be. I am disappointed because I recently discovered I have an intolerance to gluten, so I can't eat wheat anymore. So no wonderful pastries! I have modified my eating here, but I wonder what it will be like overseas? The pizza looks SO good!

That sounds delicious. I will have to try something similar.

Leftover spaghetti sauce makes for an easy pizza sauce.

That looks so easy and tasty! We've been toying with the idea of making our own pizza, so we might give this a try.
