I did Couch to 5K earlier this year and LOVED it. I didn't think it would work but it really did. My lady neighbors and I did it together (after the kids went to sleep, so we weren't missing out on any kid time) and it was really empowering. Enjoy!


I agree, Lacey... it really in empowering. I felt so good after my run. Looking forward to the next one...


Five kilos, that's great! Good luck with C25K. I tried a couple of years ago, but my plantar fasciitis got in the way. I'd like to try again someday.

And the photo is fab. The short hair really does suit you.


Woo, go you!! That is amazing. And there really is nothing like running to burn the calories, which is why I keep trying to give it a go.
